FAQ
Every thing you need to know
I've bought tools before that promised exactly this. Why is BoltHero different?
Most "tight space" tools either flex under load, require swing room you don't have, or transfer so little torque they're useless on stuck bolts. BoltHero uses a steel roller chain drive — the same principle used in motorcycles and industrial machinery — to deliver full 1:1 torque transfer with zero swing arc. It's not a wobble extension. It's not a flex bar. It's a fundamentally different approach to reaching bolts in impossible spaces.
Is it strong enough for stuck bolts?
Yes. BoltHero is rated to 72 Nm (53 ft-lb) of torque. That's enough for the vast majority of automotive fasteners. The steel roller chain drive transfers force at a 1:1 ratio with zero flex — so every bit of torque you put in comes out at the bolt.
Will it actually fit my specific tight spot?
At only 0.62" (16mm) thin with a 15.4" reach and zero swing arc required, BoltHero fits where ratchets, extensions, and even most flex bars physically cannot. Behind brackets, under manifolds, against firewalls — if there's 16mm of clearance, it fits.
Can I use it with my impact wrench?
BoltHero is designed for hand ratchets and manual torque application. While the chain drive is extremely robust, we recommend hand tools to stay within the 72 Nm rated capacity and ensure longevity.
What about a pneumatic impact wrench?
We don't recommend pneumatic impacts as they can exceed the rated torque capacity. Stick with hand ratchets for best results and tool longevity.
What if my bolt is somehow too weird even for this?
That's what the 100-day guarantee is for. Try it on your worst bolt. If it doesn't work for your specific situation, send it back. Full refund. No questions asked.
